Neo Warranty

Your walking stick comes with a 12 month guarantee (excluding torches) as standard. This covers breakages caused by any manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches or chips from general wear and tear or dropping.

 

Neo Warranty Plus

For accidental damage cover for your new walking stick only, we recommend our Neo Warranty Plus. For £20 you are covered for one year from purchase, for up to one like for like replacement. This covers accidental damage caused by you that leaves your walking stick unusable. It does not cover return postage, or cosmetic damage including scratches or chips from general wear and tear. You can cover each new stick you buy or just one stick individually.
