We have two types of appointments:
- Neo Walk Express, 1 hour per person which includes measure, browse, choose and take home the same day in a complimentary dust bag £50
- Neo Walk Browse - 30 mins per person which includes measure and browse £20
E mail us with the type of appointment you'd like and the date you would like to come.
Appointments on Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays available.
Due to the extra time needed to make them engraved collars or a T handle light up stick will have a delay of around 5 days.
If you are ordering your stick for a special occasion for different shoes, heels etc, remember to bring those shoes with you for measuring. Otherwise please wear your usual every day shoes.

Term & Conditions
...the boring bit
- Only one person per appointment will be measured and have stick/sticks made for them. If you have more than one person requiring the experience please book an extra appointment.
- Guests are welcome but please bring no more than 4 people to the appointment.
- If you would like us to wear a face mask during the appointment please let us know at the time of booking.
- If for any reason you can’t make your appointment you will be able to rebook another date.
- Cancellations made up to 3 days before the appointment date can be refunded or rebooked.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment will be offered rebooking only.
- The visit does not include workshop tours as there is machinery and tools in use, and we are a working facility.
- If you book a measure and browse appointment you are able to make a purchase at the hub but please note it will be our usual wait time to make the order and there will be a shipping charge
