It’s important you know what your stick has been designed for. All walking sticks are designed and made purely as balancing aids, not weight bearing aids. If you find you need weight support on your stick, you may need to be using two sticks or even crutches. Even just on more painful days. Only you know how you use your stick. Keep yourself safe.
Disclaimer
Our walking sticks are sturdy but not indestructible. As they are made from acrylic they are susceptible to breaking from the impact of dropping. Please do not lean your stick against walls or chairs etc. Lay it on the floor or use a Stick Safe to store it securely.

Returns
As the walking sticks are bespoke made to your request, we only accept returns if the stick arrives damaged, scratched, chipped or unusable. We do not accept returns based on ordering the incorrect size or colour. Colour samples are available for you to confirm the colour you like.
Lead Times
Please be aware it might take up to 10 working days to make your walking stick. We always work hard to get your order to you as fast as we can. Express manufacture is available at an additional cost. Please get in touch if you need this.
